Transportation
Hamilton School District
Hamilton Board of Education is responsible for providing transportation to Hamilton students. In order to be eligible for transportation,
If a student does not qualify for transportation, you may purchase subscription busing directly from Hamilton Township. Subscription bussing is on a first come first serve basis and can only be purchase if there are seats available on the current bus.
Current cost is as follows:
- $350 per student
- $315 for each additional student
- $70 for students who qualify for reduced lunch
- $0 for students who qualify for free lunch
Please note that the cost of bussing is subject to change.
Trenton School District
Trenton Board of Education is not currently providing bussing for Trenton students. In place of this, the Trenton School District provides monthly public transportation bus passes or aide in lieu in the amount of $1,177 for the 24-25 school year to students.
- Students in grades K-5 who live more than one (2) mile from their school will receive aide in lieu, paid out twice a year in January and June.
- Students in grades 6-8 who live more than (2) miles away from their school will receive bus passes.
Please note that an application for aide in lieu and/or bus passes must be filled out at the district level before passes or monies will be issued.
Additional School Districts
All other sending school districts will provide aid in lieu of for students if bussing is not available.
